Activentas is a Panamanian real estate company, properly licensed and solidly
established, that counts with over three decades of experience serving the national and
international industry. We are members of ACOBIR, the real estate association of
Panama.

Our pro-active and highly qualified team of real estate advisers allows us to offer
each client customized real estate solutions and personalized attentions.

Our vast experience in real estate sales, rentals, project development and investment
consultation has positioned Activentas as a name of confidence and innovation.

HISTORY

Founded in 1979 by Lawyer Elda Sanson, who through the years has made Activentas
one of the most reliable companies in the country. Being respected and recognized
within the national and international real estate industry.

Elda´s active participation in the Panamanian real estate market, has allowed her to
serve the industry from 2005- 2006 as president of ACOBIR, the Panamanian
Association of Promoters and real estate agents  and as a member of the Technical
board of real estates, governing organism of the real estate activity in Panama.

Activentas, in addition to its performance in the real estate market, contributes to the community
development with its committee of social and corporate responsibility. On the other hand,
Activentas also promotes cultural activities within the Panamanian society.

With desire to offer our clients added value solutions, Activentas performs in 2002 the vertical
integration of Sanson, Rosas and Associates, lawyer’s cabinet that offers legal solutions in the
real estate field, retirees relocation, foreigners relocation, making of corporations for national
and international clients and a complete range of legal solutions.
