Last September 15, the Panamanian Association of Real Estate Developers and Brokers (ACOBIR) successfully launched “Acoworking”, the first real estate coworking space in the region, located in the Sky Business Center on Avenida Balboa. The inauguration ceremony was attended by numerous brokers and was an outstanding success.
During the ceremony, José Boyd, a prominent member of ACOBIR and one of the heads of the “Acoworking” committee, shared the central vision of this space: to create an environment of camaraderie and collaboration amongst members of the association. “Acoworking” is distinguished by its innovative, comfortable and cutting-edge environment, where each member feels welcomed and supported by the strong code of ethics that guides ACOBIR.
This workspace is fully equipped with state-of-the-art technology and offers 37 workstations, lockers for members’ use, three meeting rooms, a reception and a waiting room. Among these facilities it is worth mentioning the “Elda Sanson Room,” a meeting room that seats up to six people and is equipped with a TV. This room pays tribute to Elda Sanson, the CEO and founder of Activentas, in recognition of her more than 40 years of outstanding career in real estate.
Elda Sanson has played a pivotal role in the real estate industry, including her outstanding performance as President of ACOBIR. One of her most notable achievements in the industry was her role as co-creator of the standard academic curriculum for real estate brokerage licensing. In addition, her vision and ability to recognize the potential of Casco Viejo made her one of the first investors in this area, playing an essential role in its revitalization.
Without a doubt, this recognition to our CEO, Elda Sanson, is more than deserved and we at Activentas are deeply proud of her achievements and contributions to the real estate industry.
